Thank you again!

I just went to Wilco for about the 100th time, and I got fantastic, quick, and knowledgeable service from Merle, Joe, Valerie, Sarah, Mary, and Thomas, who all helped me with my many questions, purchase, and load-out.

This Wilco location has been going downhill for a few years now. The organization in the center isle makes it nearly impossible to walk through, especially during chick season. Today they had 2-3 checkers at a time and at least ten people in a 'one line' area that stretched from the register to the back of the store, further blocking the center isle. People have to bump/shove past others just to get to the line. This left us holding heavy products for much longer than usual. The center isle needs to be cleared of all the clutter (gardening hats, accessories) and the seeds need to be organized into a smaller display. The one line system was terrible. I don't like the atmosphere or location of the south Salem store, but at least there's room to breathe and a well organized register system. Also need more people supervising the chicks. There were a lot of people, including children, reaching in and grabbing chicks or scaring them into a corner. Used to really love this place, but now the sales almost aren't worth going there for.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful I go in there regularly to buy pet food and it's always pleasant.

The service has always been wonderful and the employees are always helpful. Merle and Jerry are the pros when it come the animal feed and medication etc. yes, sometimes they hire new people that aren't as efficient or competent at their job yet. Prices can be high but that is not a reflection of this store.

Wilco has a tremendous team who are a true asset to the Silverton Community. By the way, I drive from Salem to shop at Wilco, because I know I can count on quality products and friendly service.

I shop here on a weekly basis. The staff never understand the products that they sell and are always unhelpful. I wish the stores would attempt to educate their staff on the products that they sell and how to look them up and tell customers what they have and price ranges ... Seems like a no brainer. Honestly, this is a farm store. Today I called up to see if they had a fleece cooler for my horse in stock in a size 72. She didn't know what that was and couldn't figure out how to look it up. I was then put on hold for a long time . The only info she could seem to come up with was that she new they sold horse blankets at the store. I new that...
