Conversely, we will continue to support, patronize and spread the good word about the Garden, which is nirvana; we feel utterly entranced when we are there. The volunteers are congenial and courteous, and we have had delightful conversations with some of your gardeners who love to educate and inform.
Everyone there from the Check-in Receptionist(s) to the servers, and luncheon staff, just did a fantastic job with answering questions, smiling, and polite.
I had a wonderful time and look forward to returning. The resort is located in a beautiful setting and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. The Gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The signature spa massage was amazing.
Great place to visit to explore, have a heated rock massage, and just getaway.
We enjoyed our stay at the Oregon Gardens Resort! The rooms are beautiful and very clean! The resort staff were friendly and helpful. And the grounds and Oregon Garden were absolutely beautiful!!! I can't wait to come visit again!!!
It was a great place, beautiful and friendly staff. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue and of no fault of the front desk were that they had a busy event going on (what I was there for) and the wait to check-in or get info took a while with only a couple of people in line because they were also dealing with reservations on the phone. Other than that, great experience.
Ate at the restaurant the evening before the luncheon. Ordered steak, baked potato, and veggies. The chef made the steak just the way it was ordered, it was not heavily seasoned, and was fantastic.
To say that the service was lacking would be a complete and utter understatement. It was shockingly bad. And, not just the dinner service, but the front desk clerks were rude and unprofessional.
We found the service to be appalling, from the front desk to the restaurant, and in total decline from just two years ago. We will not go back to the Resort.
There are already many negative reviews of the restaurant and the resort, but, sadly, we chosen to ignore them this time. Two positives: the dinner itself was very good. And, I received an immediate reply to a very detailed email that I wrote to the Assistant GM, Ms. Bell, who seemed to be genuinely concerned about our unhappy experience.
